The best way to get your kids to eat more nutritionally is to lead by example and to consistently provide healthy options. For younger kids – make food fun. Have your kids eat a rainbow of foods! Let them choose their meal to include healthy foods that represent each colour of the rainbow. Alternatively, you can pick colour-themed days: Red Mondays, Yellow Tuesdays, Orange Wednesdays, Blue Thursdays, Green Fridays....
